The mixture of spices is what makes these lamb chops unique recipe chrust faworki. Try serving them with sautéed bell peppers and rice.
Lay the lamb chops on a piece of waxed paper. Cover with another piece of waxed paper and flatten each chop with a rolling pin. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, stir together the cumin, coriander, and paprika. Rub this mixture into the lamb chops. Let the meat sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Pour the oil into a large skillet placed over medium high heat.Once heated, add the lamb chops and cook for 3 minutes on each side for medium rare or 4 minutes on each side for medium well.
