One of the great principles to a hearty life is to keep hydrated. The eight tall glasses of water works, genuinely. Warm drinks like coffee and tea serve different aims. Both clean the roof of the mouth after a meal. Coffee is usually the morning or afternoon pick-me-upper and may be served as it is or with cream, sugar, or milk. There are also speciality coffees like cappuccino or mochas, which combine coffee with syrup, milk, and other condiments for a new form of beverage. This also may be served iced in some eateries. Tea has a lot of health benefits in the body. The caffeine-free versions may be taken at dinner time, too, as a tranquilizing drink to help sleep. Of course, steeping tea bags in hot water, letting it cool and contributing ice and some sweetenings produces a very popular beverage – iced tea.
